Maitre D

Quality Branded Restaurant Group is looking for a new MAITRE D for our Quality Italian Denver location.

This is a full-time role that requires availability on weekends and evenings.

Overview: The Maitre'D oversees front door and reservation operations, always ensuring a great first impression of the restaurant. Strong organizational and communication skills are a must, along with quick thinking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: Main duties include, but not limited to:

• Warmly greet and create a memorable first impression for all restaurant guests
• Manage reservations and seating flow efficiently
• Communicate reservation details to the team promptly
• Monitor table status and waitlist accurately
• Provide VIPs and special guests with exceptional service
• Keep host station clean and organized throughout the shift
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• Physical requirements include standing for the entire shift, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
