Position Summary:
Direct Supply is building the future of senior living technology, helping connect the spectrum of healthcare in order to improve the lives of millions of seniors

In the Spend Management Consultant position, youll deliver and execute Professional Services to new and existing DSSI customers. These services will be in DSSI onboarding, supplier integration, formulary management, compliance processes, budget controls and more.

The DSSI platform connects care providers directly to their unique supply chain networks and delivers data-driven and AI-powered procurement tools to help our customers optimize profitability and efficiency at every turn.

Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

What Youll Do and Impact:

For new customer to DSSI, work in partnership with the DSSI Implementation Team in building the customers DSSI site and appropriate work flows.

Consult, analyze and make recommendations to corporate customers C-Suite leadership to integrate the appropriate supply chain on their DSSI site.

Partner with C-Suite to deliver business reviews and influence behavior to maximize savings for the customer.
Work with the DSSI Procurement Services Category Analyst to identify and recommend optimization opportunities to the customer. Once approved work with internal teams to update formularies and appropriate controls to monitor compliance.
Support DSSI as our primary tool to deliver savings for our customers. This will require understanding on standardizing reports, GL Codes, order guides, approvals, etc.

Work with corporations finance department to implement Budget Control on DSSI as well as making recommendations to the providers budgets.

Analyze spend behaviors using our tools to determine why a provider or community is over spending that category or sub-category level.


Experience:
Bachelors degree
5+ years of national accounts or supply chain and procurement experience
Proven track record of developing strategies and implementing solutions
Ability to conceptualize trends and develop solutions quickly
Ability to travel up to 40%
Valid, unexpired drivers license with a good driving record required
