is responsible for overseeing their region and ensuring high performance and efficient reporting of financial results, cash management, forecasting

and budget process.
Working closely with the C

Regional

Vice President,

Americas

is responsible for setting the strategy for the region in line with the group strategy

and will be

required to understand the market in their region

with in

sight of future requirements to identify services Xodus will deliver and bring to the market.
The

Regional

Vice President,

Americas

will build and maintain a team to support the delivery of the strategy

, and maintain high operational performance of the team,

for the region to support the delivery of the wider group strategy. You will be required to role model Xodus values and ensure you lead inclusively.

Qualifications
Proven track record in

a lead operations position
Operational experience in energy consultancy and demonstrable understanding of the
USenergy industry
Previous experience in creating and managing regional budgets and understanding financial information
Experience in developing and successfully implementing strategic initiatives and growth
Experience and market connection in the

US
energy sector (public or private,

f

ederal and/or

s

tate)
Possess i

nspiring leadership and strong motivational skills
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Ambition, resilience, and curiosity in looking for future opportunities

Regional Vice President, Americas

Job Responsibilities
Through exemplary leadership behaviors, create and deliver the strategy for your region to deliver the group Xodus strategy.
Set and oversee the delivery of objectives across the region, including KPIs

;

ensure a regime of project performance management, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
Overall

responsibility and accountability of the annual financial planning and budgeting process and progress for the region.
Work within and uphold performance, ethics, compliance (ISO), and governance standards and adhere to required legal governance in your region

valuate and appropriately manage business risks.
Ensure that the regional team is appropriately sized and possesses the necessary capabilities to deliver strategically and financially.
Develop and maintain a high performing team to achieve
