Job Description:
Under the guidance of the Family Programming Director, the Family Programming Associate is responsible for supervising and engaging with children aged six weeks to twelve years. The role involves ensuring a safe and fun environment, organizing activities, and maintaining cleanliness.

Primary Job Functions:

  • Care for children aged six weeks to twelve years
  • Provide a safe and clean environment
  • Engage children in activities
  • Ensure all children are supervised and attended
  • Organize age-appropriate activities
  • Offer assistance and support as needed
  • Participate in events and training programs
  • Represent the club professionally

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of childcare experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and responsible team player
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Computer literate and detail-oriented
  • CPR certification required

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must handle physical demands of the job
  • Regular public interaction and problem-solving skills required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in emergencies
