Requirements:

• Preference for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, or Business Administration
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
• Strong skills in organization, planning, and analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail with a focus on precision
• Capability to cultivate collaborative relationships within and outside the organization
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work both independently and in a team
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience in working with an ERP system; familiarity with SAP is advantageous

Having an APICS certification is beneficial

Job Description:

• Coordinate the management of Raw Material Management of Change (MOC) across different functions
• Monitor MOC statuses and generate stock level reports including estimated Day of Coverage
• Establish priorities for raw material MOC and align production schedules with the planning team to meet deadlines
• Lead or participate in regular status meetings involving various teams such as Innovation, Quality, Engineering, and Planning
• Organize any required specialized testing related to the MOC process for each material
• Engage in weekly reviews to address raw material escalation
• Contribute to proactive strategies aimed at minimizing raw material supply risks
