  • Position: Full-Time Service Plumber located in Woodbury.
  • Compensation type: Salaried.
  • Compensation: $100,000 to $150,000 per year
  • Benefits: 401K, Health, Dental, PTO.
As a Remodel Plumber, you will specialize in plumbing installations and modifications during kitchen, bathroom, and full home remodels. Your role will involve collaborating with design teams, managing plumbing layouts, and ensuring the seamless integration of new plumbing systems with existing structures. Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and modify plumbing systems as part of residential and commercial remodeling projects.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems and materials required.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other trades professionals to ensure plumbing installations align with overall project timelines and design specifications.
  • Provide detailed assessments and recommendations for plumbing solutions that enhance the overall design and functionality of the remodel.
  • Troubleshoot and solve plumbing issues that arise during remodel projects, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and safety regulations during project execution.
  • Maintain detailed logs of projects and reports on progress to management and clients.
  • Educate clients on system features, maintenance, and upgrades.

Requirements:
  • Valid Journeyman Plumber License.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes related to plumbing and experience with plumbing installations in remodeling contexts.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with clients, design teams, and construction crews.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Physical ability lifting heavy items, working in varying construction environments, and managing physical demands of remodeling sites.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
