THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Sales Associate, you are a brand representative who has the ability to multitask and is focused on building lasting client relationships.
You will work in an inspiring and rewarding environment with opportunities for individual development.WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience both during and after sale serviceCultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationshipsPartner with management team to strategically achieve sales targetsMaintain a high level of product knowledge and understand the terminology 3associated with Jimmy Choo shoes and accessoriesAct as a brand ambassador in the community and proactively foster customer relationshipsEnsure visual standards are maintained at all timesFulfill key-holder responsibilities including store opening and closing, cash handling and financial responsibilitiesWE'

2+ years of luxury retail experience with established clienteleA self-starter with the ability to drive resultsCurious and motivated with the ability to engage; a true sales professionalCustomer service focused; ability to sell with a passion for client and community engagementTechnologically savvy individual with an entrepreneurial spiritAt Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
