LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE - LPN - SKILLED NURSING FACILITY

Seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse for a 11PM-7AM position at a well-established skilled nursing facility in Brentwood ,NH These passionate qualified nurses will have a strong focus on assisting and supporting providers (physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants) in provision of patient care. Qualified candidates must have at least 4-5 years of previous nursing home experience. Hourly wage $40
weekly Wage $ 1600

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:


  2. Ability to work with other personnel and develop/maintain good relations
  3. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of care and current clinical practice, treatments, and interventions, specific to position specialty
  4. Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
  5. Promote patient's independence by establishing patient care goals
  6. Resolve patient's problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
  7. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations
  8. Ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and to accept constructive criticism
  9. Ability to deal tactfully with residents, students, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public, according to position setting
  10. Ability to maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc.
  11. Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
  12. Demonstrate proficiency in written/verbal skills in English language
  13. Sufficient computer skills required to perform duties
  14. JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

    2. 1+ years of recent nursing experience required
    3. BLS issued through American Heart Association
    4. Must be eligible to work in the United States
    5. LPN License in state of practice or compact license
    6. Healthcare training / experience preferred
