The Packer is responsible for packaging and storing products in a warehouse setting. The ideal
candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently and as part of a
team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build boxes & pallets for shipment
  • Place packaged items in the correct area
  • Wrap pallets in accordance with guidelines to ensure that pallets are safe to stack, move
onto the truck.

  • Pack products for shipment according to customer specifications
  • Label and track products with shipping information
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Inspect boxes to ensure packaging is meeting specific guidelines
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
  • Monitoring product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues
  • Loading items as needed to move throughout the warehouse
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Taking part in company initiatives and meetings
  • Comply with all safety regulations/standards
  • Packing the required amount of pallets that is assigned to you for the day
  • Basic computer skills
Operating Hours:

  • Business Hours are M-F 6am - 5pm
  • Position Hours - 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm
○ Schedule may be adjusted for influx of needs in the warehouse
○ Flexible scheduling is available
○ Occasional after hours & weekends maybe needed when overflux of orders
