Explore our recent accolades to see how we are acknowledged for our commitment to our employees.The Position in Brief:Project Specialist, Enroll360The Enroll360 Campaign Success Team manages all initiatives related to Enroll360 marketing campaigns. As part of the Campaign Success Team, Project Specialists play a vital role by overseeing campaign execution for their designated partners. Working closely with the Strategic Leader and Account Manager(s) daily, Project Specialists support partner and campaign tasks for the team's partner book. They are responsible for team-level campaign planning, coordinating information and tasks, ensuring launch readiness and scheduled campaign updates, executing global initiatives, and internally monitoring campaigns. Project Specialists facilitate productive team discussions, utilize systems/tools to navigate projects through the development phase, and act as the link between different team members to ensure timely and accurate launches. They maintain internal project visibility to align with clear team and partner expectations.This role is located in Richmond, VA.Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and lead effective team meetings to align partner needs with internal project plans
  • Utilize the global workplan, Workfront, and other designated tools and processes to steer campaign development and ensure timely launches
  • Collaborate with representatives across various departments to prioritize team requirements
  • Act as an expert on internal processes that facilitate campaign delivery
  • Communicate cross-functionally on project-related matters and escalate queries as needed
  • Manage direct mail deliverables for production
  • Monitor and oversee campaign activity through internal tools
  • Work with other departments to deliver campaign schedules
  • Keep updated on partner requests and needs to be a reliable internal partner
Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of experience in project management, planning, trafficking, or scheduling
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate meetings, meet deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed
  • Proven ability to prioritize, monitor, and oversee multiple projects
  • Familiarity with project management practices and tools
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, planning, trafficking, or scheduling
  • Experience in a fast-paced creative or marketing environment
  • Proficiency with project management software, particularly Workfront
  • Ability to identify risks and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborative nature with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
