SUMMARY
The

Mid-Program Analyst

supports the Integrated Services, Acquisition and Contract Resources Program Management Office (ACR PMO) in Washington DC. Must be a qualified mid-level acquisition and project management professional with skills to support Federal acquisition tasks.

Proficient in the practices and possess requisite skills and experience to meet acquisition requirements and assigned tasks in the Statement of Work over the contract life cycle.

Support efforts, developing acquisition, procurement, contracting and business requirements including planning, developing strategies, and establishing best practices; conducting market research; drafting cost estimates; and preparing, reviewing, analyzing, editing, and tracking acquisition documents and packages including the Statement of Work, Statement of Objectives, Market Research, Independent Government Cost Estimate, Source Selection Documents, Request for Proposal, Request for Information, Acquisition Plans, Source Selection Documents, Evaluation Criteria, and additional pre-award and post-award contract documents.


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Analyst must have at least a bachelor's degree in business, management, acquisition, watt, contracting or a related field.

Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience (as a mid-level acquisition professional) supporting major Federal or DoD acquisition efforts including planning, managing, and executing acquisition, procurement, contracting and business projects and programs.

Have the ability to obtain an active adjudicated CBP Background Investigation.
Experience with Power BI is preferred but not required.

Hybrid Position:

Must have the ability to work onsite at the Government's facility in Washington DC as required (no more than two days a week) and work remotely.

Must be able to pass a customer background check for access to facilities, equipment and property. This Homeland Security Investigation requires U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Green Card) status.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following.

Manages contract portfolios including tracking, coordinating, and managing contract portfolios, acquisition actions, requirements, deliverables, and documentation. Conduct acquisition analyses including drafting point papers, acquisition reports, acquisition strategies, analysis of alternatives, and best practices.
Communicates with leadership both orally (in common English narration) and in writing.

Have the ability to support and manage multiple projects and work under pressure with tight deadlines in a teamwork environment.

Be proficient in Microsoft Office 2000 or later with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, and other applicable database and office automation products.
