Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Ultrasonographer to join our medical team. Prioritizes and coordinates ultrasound exams with nursing units, radiologists, and referring physicians. Performs ultrasound exams in accordance to departmental protocols and standards. Provides adequate patient care as it relates to the exam requested. Operates ultrasound and associated equipment with proficiency.

Duties:

  • Perform ultrasound procedures following established protocols
  • Prepare patients for procedures and explain the process to them
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment
  • Analyze images to ensure highquality diagnostic information
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to interpret results and provide preliminary findings
  • Maintain patient records and confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ Years of Travel Ultrasound Technologist experience required,
  • Graduate of a comprehensive Medical Diagnostic Ultrasound program required.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Must have ARDMS or ARRT (S) required. BLS (AHA or ARC) required.
  • Fully Covid Vaccination required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
