As an IT Purchaser at Align, you will work alongside a fantastic team at our Plano, Texas office.

• Location: Plano, TX office
• Employment Type: Full-time

• Order and track delivery of various IT products
• Create quotes and complete deal registrations
• Manage inventory at the Plano warehouse
• Assess vendors and their offerings
• Negotiate sales agreements and supply contracts
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer requests
• Coordinate with shipping agencies for timely deliveries
• Authorise payments and maintain meticulous record-keeping

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-6 years of Purchasing experience
• Strong knowledge of IT products (Cisco, Extreme, Lenovo, etc.)
• Inventory management experience
• Experience with vendor negotiations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
