Position Highlights:
- We are seeking full-time or part-time physicians to join our team.
- Follow a "Quality vs. Quantity Model," typically seeing around 20 patients per day.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers.
- Receive dedicated support allowing clinicians to practice at the full scope of their license.
- Scheduled weekly administrative time.
- No call or urgent care shifts required.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support and assist physicians with clinical care and task queue/inbox coverage at the group-owned site.
- Duties include Rx refills, lab and radiology result verification, primary care clinical management, post-discharge hospital visits, referrals to specialists, and more.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.

Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree or professional certification.
- Active NP license.
- Active, unrestricted medical license in CA or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Valid DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical Spanish or fluent Spanish skills required.
- 1 year of experience in Primary Care.
For California Residents: The salary range for California residents is $110,040 to $139,000 per year, offering a total cash compensation package. Salary range varies based on factors like education, experience, and certifications.
