Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
  • Alternating Weekends 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Occasional flexibility required to cover shifts from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Discover the Role:

This position involves processing medical films, patient transportation, and providing valuable support to our radiology staff in the occupational health clinic. As a versatile candidate, you will also receive cross-training to offer administrative assistance when necessary.

  • Assist in processing medical films and maintaining the darkroom
  • Review films for proper identification and quality assurance
  • Prepare films for physician review
  • Support in preparing solutions for the film processor
  • Assist technologists in preparing solutions for diagnostic imaging procedures
  • Guide patients through radiologic diagnostic procedures
  • Conduct radiologic diagnostic procedures, file films, and maintain records
  • Receive and organize incoming supplies
  • Manage stock inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Process records of radiologic procedures performed

Qualifications Overview:

  • Evidence of state license/registration
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Certificate
  • State Lab Certificate (specific to NV)
  • CPR Certification (BLS for community/lay responder or Healthcare Provider/Professional Rescuer)

Experience:

  • Desired: Three years of clinical experience as a Radiologic Technologist in ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department settings
