The responsibilities include utilizing various hand and power tools, interpreting basic drawings and sketches, and assembling specific components. Additionally, you will need to identify and correctly install fasteners and sealants, along with handling other necessary tasks if required.

Hard Skills
  • Experience with complex metallic or composite assemblies

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Good eye-hand coordination
  • Basic knowledge of inspection gauges
  • Proficiency with common hand and power tools
  • Understanding and utilizing simple drawings and sketches

  • Able to identify and properly install fasteners and sealants
  • Minimum 1 year of aircraft assembly experience (drilling, bucking, and shooting rivets)
Work Environment

The working conditions are generally comfortable. Adequate lighting and temperature are provided, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant elements such as excessive noise or dust. Most tasks are carried out within the preparation area of the processing building. Some physical effort may be required, such as pushing, pulling, lifting, and/or carrying objects weighing up to 50lbs. The job involves prolonged periods of both sitting and standing. Additionally, the work environment includes exposure to a machine shop setting and sub assembly processes.
