Job Description


Insight Global is sourcing for a Digital Analyst to join a leading health solutions company that provides healthcare and retail pharmacy services.

As a Digital Analyst, you will work closely with product teams in an Agile (SAFe) environment to evolve and improve our digital experiences for customers and patients.

You will use your analytical and problem-solving skills to define success metrics and measurement approaches to ensure our digital experiences stay healthy.

You will collaborate with other motivated teammates across UX, Customer Experience Management, IT, Site Optimization, Marketing and Merchandising. The ideal candidate will have roughly 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Analyst specifically within Adobe analytics. The ideal candidate will have background experience within eCommerce and retail industries. This position is a 3-month contract hybrid out of the Rhode Island and/or Boston area. The pay range for this position is $ 30/hr. to $ 40/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience with Adobe analytics; ability to design, build and update regular reports
  • Ability to perform in depth analysis from end to end and translate to analytical requests
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic web concepts
  • Excellent attention to detail, inquisitive mindset, and ability to operate independently
  • Tableau and Power BI experience null
