The Key Holder is a leadership position focused on driving sales and delivering excellent customer service. The Key Holder helps coach and develop sales associates while sharing in the opening and closing responsibilities. Job Duties:
  • Drive and maintain a service-oriented culture
  • Maintain core standards, Replenish, and re-merchandise the floor when necessary
  • Coach and train associates on product knowledge and basic job responsibilities
  • Be knowledgeable and proficient in operating the Point of Sale
  • Resolve any customer incidents
  • Able to operate a Windows computer including Microsoft Word and Excel basics
  • Able to troubleshoot/problem solve and remain calm in difficult situations
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 1 - 3 years of retail clothing experience preferred
  • Able to communicate information effectively and use analytical skills to make decisions
  • Able to lead by example and encourage others to follow
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness
  • Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and early mornings
