*Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
* _Holistic Therapy_: As a Mental health therapist, you will provide in-person Individual, Family, and/or Couples Therapy with a focus on Eating disorders, Children's play therapy, DBT, CBT, or EMDR.
* _Digital Expertise_: Utilize our HIPAA-compliant platform for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of DSM V mental health disorders.
* _Streamlined Documentation_: Maintain clinical records on our secure platform, ensuring compliance with standards of care and licensing requirements.
* _Flexibility_: Primarily onsite position with the potential for remote work. Create a schedule that aligns with your lifestyle.
*Competitive Compensation:
- Competitive pay with rates from $70.00 per hour to $100.00 per hour. This is determined by candidate's degree level; client contact modality (remote, hybrid, or in person at one of our physical practice locations); years of licensed experience; and additional certifications/experience with our most highly treated populations.
- Full-time and part-time positions available.

*Education and Experience Requirements:
- Licensed Mental Health Therapist or Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon.
- LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD.
- Master's or Doctoral degree.
- Expertise in EMDR, DBT, Children's play, or Eating disorder is a plus.
- Diverse experience with various client populations.
