Data Entry Clerk

AWR Commercial Window Company specializes in the repair and restoration of metal and wood windows and doors.

We provide repair, preservation, and restoration services to residential, commercial, municipal, churches, cathedrals, historic, and landmark buildings throughout the United States.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7 AM -3:30 PM (or as workload requires)

Pay range is dependent on experience.

Data Entry Clerk Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience creating and maintaining physical and electonic filing systems.
• 5+ years of knowledge of order entry process.
• Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs
• Standing, bending, and repetitive motion for up to 8 hours
• Must be able and willing to cross train in other departments
• Possess a valid driver license and have reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:

• Proficient in data collection and entry procedures
• Familiarity with computerized systems for data management
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to organize and maintain files effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks

Data Entry Clerk Incentives:

• Bi-Weekly Pay

Pay:
$16.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
