Job DescriptionJob Overview:

As a Lead Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients.

As a member working in a team environment you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities Identify Test strategy and document strategy, test plansCreate manual/automated test scripts by leveraging requirements documentations, wireframes, and comps.

Define Automation strategy and document automation solution and approachParticipate in standing team meetingsContribute to weekly status reports, interact with clients and vendors as neededTroubleshoot and track defectsBuild trusted client relationships through proactive account management and effective project deliveryEstablishes knowledge of client business challenges and priorities to translate into opportunitiesMaintains regular client communication and satisfaction, ensuring opportunities and challenges are addressed in a timely manner.

Contributes to project discoveries, kickoff, prepare proposals and statements of work following company standards.
Assists project team to establish high, mid, and micro level plans for project team.

Provides leadership throughout the lifecycles of a project, guiding the understanding the project team has through design and development to ensure project requirements are metCoordinate with multiple teams and drive QA activitiesQualificationsQualifications 8+ years of software testing experience5+ years of experience developing test automation frameworksSTRONG Automation experience using Selenium, and writing automation scripts in Java, TestNG, BDD frameworkExperience with Web Services automation tools using Postman and Rest AssuredStrong Informatica knowledge, and ETL testing Strong SQL skills Experience with Version control like Git, BitBucketExperience with continuous testing tools like Azure DevOps, JenkinsWorking knowledge in PythonFamiliar with JIRA or similar defect tracking toolAbility to read code and participate in code reviewsKnowledge of the technical stack in an n-tier application and the ability to identify different types of testing that can be applied in each tierStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to analyze business requirements and technical design documentsStrong interpersonal and teamwork skillsBachelor's DegreePreferred skills and education:Degree in Computer Science or EngineeringExperience working in the consulting industryUnderstanding of complex Internet based enterprise level applicationsTrack record of delivering on time, on budget, and meeting client commitmentsPerficient full-time employees receive complete and competitive benefits.
