Practice Details:

  • Dynamic Team: 14 provider primary care practice with over 7 specialists on-site.
  • Engaging Environment: Average of 18-22 patient encounters per day.
  • Work-Life Balance: 34 patient contact hours weekly.
  • Call Coverage: 1:20 low-intensity with phone consultations and nurse triage.
  • Current Openings: 8 to 1.0 FTE (Full Time) - Flexible schedule options available.
  • Technology: Utilize fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency program.
  • Board Certified/Board Prepared by the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
  • Licensed or eligible for Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DEA certification in Minnesota.
  • Meet criteria for Credentialing and Privileges.
