Position Overview

Join our team as an Employee Relations Administrator (ERA) and take charge of resolving employee relations issues with expertise. This role involves conducting thorough internal investigations, employee consulting, and training, among other professional activities to uphold a positive work culture.

Key Results Areas (KRAs)

Conduct comprehensive internal employee investigations:
  • Resolve employee complaints and issues
  • Recommend disciplinary actions
  • Prepare accurate reports reflecting investigative results
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams for compliance
  • Facilitate conflict resolution
  • Provide counseling on HR matters
  • Review and process unemployment claims
  • Advise on hiring decisions
  • Offer feedback on employment policies
Develop documentation, training, and reports for leadership:
  • Provide education on HR policies and processes
  • Analyze employee relations trends
  • Conduct training sessions on employee relations
Stay Updated on Employment Laws & Regulations:
  • Attend necessary trainings and conferences
  • Regularly review and discuss employment laws with Legal department
Job Qualifications
  • 5 years HR experience with a focus on internal investigations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of Employment Law and ER Best Practices
  • Strong time management and collaboration skills
  • Flexible to work varying hours
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Proven experience in investigations and documentation
