Safe Place for Youth (SPY) is the primary service provider for youth facing or at risk of homelessness in West Los Angeles.

Our comprehensive care continuum comprises street outreach, drop-in services, health and wellness programs, case management, education and employment services, and housing programs.

SPY stands out as a distinct social impact agency dedicated to overcoming barriers to equity, fostering community collaboration, and innovating youth-focused programs.

If you possess the requisite skills, enthusiasm, and a collaborative nature, become part of our expanding team of nearly 100 professionals.

SPY aims to attract and nurture individuals reflecting a wide diversity spectrum, encompassing various aspects such as racial, ethnic, gender identity, and socioeconomic dimensions.

We are firm believers that diverse perspectives are crucial for achieving lasting, systemic change.

We highly encourage applications from individuals identifying with historically marginalized backgrounds to enhance and elevate our equity-centered approach to issue resolution.
