Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant- CNA (with Sign on bonus)

Location: South Portland, ME

Compensation:

  • Starting at $22 per hour and commensurate with experience
  • Differential pay for shifts and weekends available
  • $3,000 sign on bonus

Available Shifts/Schedules: Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions open

  • Morning shifts from 6:45 am to 3:15 pm
  • Evening shifts from 2:45 pm to 11:15 pm
  • Night shifts from 10:45 pm to 7:15 am

Weekend baylor schedules are also an option

  • Work shorter shifts every weekend and get paid for 32 hours OR work longer shifts every weekend and get paid for 40 hours

Overview:

Pinnacle Health and Rehab is seeking to add CNA's to our team at the South Portland, ME facility, which houses 72 beds. Responsibilities include providing care in long-term care, hospice, and memory care environments.

  • Assisting residents with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, dining, and recreational activities
  • Ensuring resident comfort and safety through timely, friendly, and high-quality care
  • Respecting and upholding residents' rights consistently
  • Responding promptly to residents and families' requests for assistance
  • Observing, documenting, and reporting any changes in resident condition to the appropriate personnel
  • Accurately maintaining documentation
  • Performing other necessary duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid CNA certification
  • Prior experience in nursing home, assisted living, or hospital settings (preferred)
