RESPONSIBILITIES:
Forge enduring customer connections and provide necessary follow-ups. Offer efficient, precise, and amiable customer assistance. Services encompass addressing queries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy modifications, transfers, filing claims, and clarifying billing details. Foster prosperous and enduring customer relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in sales (such as outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is desirable.
  • Experience in managing client relationships is advantageous.
  • Passion for promoting products and services tailored to customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication abilities - written, verbal, and attentive listening.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Capability to anticipate customer requirements.
  • Effective at establishing rapport with customers.
