Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist at Aston Carter

Join our team at Aston Carter as an Employee Relations Specialist We are looking for someone who can act as a liaison between management and employees, handling inquiries, interpreting contracts, and assisting in resolving work-related issues. Here are some key responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to managers on organizational policies, such as equal employment opportunity and preventing sexual harassment.
  • Coordinate new employee orientation and assist the HR manager with various administrative tasks.
  • Manage employee inquiries, IT support, and timekeeping functions.
  • Organize safety programs and handle reimbursements for safety equipment.
  • Assist in employee recognition initiatives and participate in HR projects focused on engagement and retention.
  • Support in organizing facility events, such as graduations and employee recognition ceremonies.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
