Sales Support Analyst for Freepoint Energy Solutions LLC

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work in tandem with senior Sales staff to support our Brokers and achieve sales targets.

o Analyze inbound requests for proposals, coordinate responses and planning with internal Sales staffo Act as a primary point of contact for tracking opportunities, responding to partner enquiries, and gathering data/ information needed to create competitive bids to serve customer energy needso Effectively manage changes to commercial bids and communicate with internal and external stakeholderso Engage with diverse internal stakeholders to gather feedback and input on commercial decisionso Understand each broker's unique business model and implement effective strategies of communication o Proactively consult with existing brokers to identify needs and promote commercial productso Respond to inbound commercial requests and queries via telephone and email from our broker partnerso Provide follow-up to pending Broker requests and communicate effective resolutiono Analyze complex transaction requests, manage the communication between many internal stakeholders, and provide detailed feedback to external partnerso Develop product, market, and process knowledge to be a resource for our partnerso Develop and utilize sales skills to manage and influence close ratio of broker businesso Assist with other projects as assigned by ManagementSKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Retail energy industry experience preferred but not required
  • Best-in-class written and verbal communication skills
  • Track record of organization and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to drive results with a strong competitive push to be the best
  • Ability to analyze information, solve problems and make quick, fact-based decisions
Ability to quickly gain proficiency in multiple systems which support Freepoint Energy Solutions customersPERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
