This individual will be a full-time employee and will be responsible for providing preventive and remedial maintenance for all standard desktop devices and supporting hardware.

The desktop equipment list for each site includes a variety of PC systems (with keyboards, monitors, card readers, and mice) from major manufacturers.

Supporting hardware is primarily printers, scanners, web cameras, headsets, card readers, projectors, and KVM switches.

They will be expected to provide periodic and preventative maintenance services based upon Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) recommendations and responsible for maintaining inventory at the minimum levels necessary to maintain operations and reduce obsolescence of spare parts.

Pay Range - 50K-70K

Required Skills & Experience

  • Active DOD Top Secret, will be in-processed for a DOE-Q Clearance (no, this does not affect the DOD clearance)
* 1 year of IT experience

  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware technology (computers, printers, etc)
