*This is a Fulltime Monday-Friday Day shift position- ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Carry out nursing care according to the careplan 2. Assess for and identify potential healthproblems, report changes in condition 3. Complete and maintain electronicdocumentation of health status 4. Manage, maintain, and administer medicationsand G/J tube feeding 5. Manage medical care with other providers,including staff LPNs 6. Manageequipment, medical supplies, and other specialized needs 7.
