About Us:

We are a Plant-Based Cuisine and Beverage company that specializes Cajun & Creole Cuisine.

We also offer a plethora of plant-based dishes influenced by the African diaspora and various cultures through catering services and festivals and events in DC, the DMV and Mid-Atlantic region.

We also provide meal prep based on availability. In addition we operate a fully non-alcoholic mobile bar featuring spirit-free cocktails, non-alcoholic wines, and beer. In addition to plant-based, we are gluten-free and soy free.

We are looking for a talented and creative Non-Alcoholic Mixologist to join our team. As a Non-Alcoholic Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails and beverages using non-alcoholic spirits.

This role requires a passion for mixology, a strong understanding of flavor profiles, and the ability to create unique and visually appealing drinks without the use of alcohol.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a diverse menu of nonalcoholic cocktails and beverages that cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.
  • Utilize fresh ingredients, herbs, spices, and housemade syrups to create flavorful and balanced drinks.
  • Experiment with new ingredients and techniques to continuously innovate and expand the beverage menu.
  • Work closely with the bar manager and kitchen team to source highquality ingredients and maintain inventory levels.
  • Ensure consistency in the preparation and presentation of drinks, following established recipes and standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about the beverage menu, and making recommendations based on individual preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment sanitation.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages and compliance with sanitation procedures.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote featured drinks and special events through social media and other channels.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a mixologist, bartender, or beverage specialist in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, flavor combinations, and nonalcoholic ingredients.
  • Creativity and ability to develop original drink recipes that are both delicious and visually appealing.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain one.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
