Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage materials for heavy maintenance and modification projects efficiently
  • Identify material requirements and source them using best practices
  • Coordinate material availability to meet strict timelines
  • Handle purchase orders, monitor shipments, and address discrepancies
  • Establish and maintain supplier relationships
  • Monitor shipping and update customers
  • Track internal material transfers
  • Collaborate with partners to resolve supply chain issues
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and corporate standards
  • Attend necessary meetings and audits

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Qualifications
What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Associate's Degree in aviation management, supply chain, procurement, business, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Materials Management or Supply Chain
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Legal authorization to work in the US
  • Successful completion of interview
  • Punctual attendance

  • Experience in AOG or Base Logistics coordination
