**Job Description:**

As an Audiologist with us, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating hearing and balance disorders using evidence-based practices. Our practice emphasizes best practices, including real-ear measures and modern testing equipment, to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.

**Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for pediatric and adult patients. - Assess patient's medical history and collaborate with Otolaryngology physicians to develop personalized treatment plans. - Collaborate with Otolaryngology physicians to provide integrated care. - Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including the use of amplification, assistive listening devices, aural rehabilitation, and counseling. - Maintain clear and timely communication with treating physicians through written reports. - Uphold professional, ethical, and legal standards in all services provided. **Requirements:** - Master's Degree or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program. - Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Georgia. - Experience with diagnostic hearing evaluations, including air- and bone-conduction testing, comprehensive speech testing, and immittance. - Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, empathetic approach to patient care. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary with significant hearing aid opportunities and commission policy. - Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. - Paid time off (PTO) policy with emphasis on work-life balance. - Continuing education opportunities, including an education fund and CEU-days for conferences and other educational goals. - Robust retirement benefits, including 401k matching. - Dedicated audiology coordinator to assist with scheduling and repair processing. **Join Us:**
