We offers a variety of programs including inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, residential treatment for court-involved teenage girls, geriatric services, clinical day treatment schools and chemical dependency services.

Program Summary Natchaug Hospital's Journey House program is a specialized residential treatment facility on the Mansfield campus for adolescent girls with identified needs for behavioral health services who admitted through a referral from the juvenile justice system.

Residents and the treatment team collaborate on discharge planning, which includes coordination of individual and family therapy, medication management, identification of a primary care physician and any vocational, recreational or educational planning.

Clinicians provide direct clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy.

Oversees day-to-day program operations and staff in the absence of Director of Social Work and Program Director, performs administrative duties as assigned.

***Primary Therapists/Clinicians are eligible for a Sign On Bonus Up To $1,500.Experience working with a mental health and/or chemical dependency population
Master's degree in behavioral health related field is required
LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist preferred
Computer proficiency and keyboarding skills required.
