Salary Range: $16.88 per hour This is a part-time position.
Typical Duties & Responsibilities:
- Offer basic technical support to end-users through phone, email or in-person
- Assist in identifying and troubleshooting simple hardware, software, and network issues
- Help set up and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Wok with other IT staff to resolve more complicated technical problems
- Keep records of technical issues and their resolutions.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of IT policies and procedures
- Stay informed about the latest technologies and trends in IT support
- Maintain membership at a Every Nation church
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and improve problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours if necessary
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using remote desktop support tools, such as Team
