Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:


- 24 months of relevant experience is mandatory.


- Familiarity with Epic is a plus.

Requirements:


- Applicants must possess a valid license at the time of application.


- This position may involve floating to different units and locations.


- Candidates must reside at least 75 miles away from the facility to qualify as a traveler for this role.


- Mandatory COVID vaccination during onboarding. Religious and medical exceptions will be considered.


- Flu vaccination is required during onboarding. Religious and medical exemptions are accepted.

Completion of pre-employment modules may be necessary. Kindly upload any relevant certifications or health documents to expedite the onboarding process.

Additional Details:

- Weekly on-call shifts and one weekend every six weeks.

- Assisting physicians with various procedures including interventional neuro, vascular, CT/US guided procedures.

- Preferably experienced with Siemens single and Bi-plane equipment, and McKesson PACS.

- Proficiency in first assisting to physicians including scrubbing, circulating, filming, and charging exams in EPIC.

- 1-3 years of experience in Interventional Radiology with skills in Vascular Interventional Radiography.

- Flexibility to rotate within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby.

- Requirement-Time-Off (RTO) must be confirmed at the time of submission. Any time-off requests post-offer will not be entertained.

- Return Staff Policy: Can return as a traveler after being away for 90 days.

- Two references mandatory; one within the last 6 months, and one within the last year. References can be provided by a Charge RN, Manager, or Supervisor.

- University of Kentucky has strict policies regarding licensure hits or background verifications.

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: Interview requests are not required. The facility may extend a direct offer without an interview. All scheduling requests must be coordinated with the manager upon commencing the assignment. Responses to job offers must be clear within 24 hours.
