Hi there potential pack member We're a hungry, young startup looking for some superb sales superstars to join our crew.

About UsMeanPug Digital is a full-service digital agency specializing in legal services.

What does that mean exactly? Well, while some legal marketing agencies are focused on just a single or small set of services, we are a soup-to-nuts partner in growth for law firms.

That means we handle everything from creative design and web development to PPC and SEO to strategy, operations, and reporting.

Basically, we're a CMO + Marketing team in a box for mid-sized to large law firms.

For the Senior Sales Account Executive position, your day-to-day might look something like:Architecting and executing highly personalized prospecting campaigns using a combination of automation and manual steps (we use for sequencing)Scaling outreach process with junior sales team members (SDRs)Nurturing opportunities to conversionCoordinating with technical team to improve Salesforce process encodingOrganizing and attending in-person events (legal conferences, after parties, and yacht outings are par for the course)Forming relationships with tangential industry touchpoints for the purpose of referral salesRequired skills / experience2-4 years of sales experienceExperience building, leading, or playing a core part of a successful sales teamExpert userResponsible results driven personalityYour team must generate opportunities and close conversions every month and hit predefined goals.
