Expectations and Responsibilities:

As an Elementary Behavior Interventionist, you will:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in behavioral intervention strategies for elementary students.

  • Familiarity with education and student behavior laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Behavior Intervention Specialist Certification or relevant license.
  • Prior experience in behavioral intervention or related field preferred.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Ability to connect with young learners and establish rapport.
  • Proficiency in educational technology for intervention strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
