Job Title: Shipping Coordinator

Duration: 4+ months

Location: Redmond, WA OR Kirkland, WA

Pay Range: $22/hr - $24/hr

Hours/Schedule:
  • Both HC will start off as Mon-Fri 8-4,
  • But during the contract, they will need more weekend coverage, so one will move to Tue-Sat 8-4 and one will move to Sun- Thurs 8-4.
  • There might be some need to pick up extra shifts here and there, but not too much.
Mission:
  • Ensure that all the shipments (both domestic and international) are delivered and shipped on time so that production can be kept on schedule.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Admin work - 25% of the job
  • Coordinating with vendors/shipping
  • Shipping things domestic/international (the will be shipping things Outside of just some locations.
  • Coordinating across multiple teams
  • picking up other tasks to ensure smooth deliver
  • WH tasks : 75%
  • Stand, stoop, squat, lifting
  • loading trucks and configuring safe shipping
  • pallet jacks & dollys
Must Haves:
  • Has shipping experience
  • Understands the process of shipping
  • Receiving experience
  • Some good Interaction with manufacturing teams
Plusses:
  • If they've been ON a manufacturing team/come from a manufacturing company that's great
  • shipping/receiving in the mechanical industry
