  • Analyze financial data to identify tax implications and opportunities for tax savings.
  • Provide tax planning advice to clients, including strategies for minimizing tax liabilities and maximizing deductions.
  • Stay updated on changes to tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address their tax-related concerns and questions.
  • Collaborate with other members of the accounting team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Assist with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities, providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Maintain organized and detailed records of tax filings and related documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Tax Accountant or similar role, with expertise in preparing and filing tax returns, including Form 1065.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in tax preparation software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
