Job Description

Belay Technologies is in search of a Software Engineer to join their team. As a versatile CNO software engineer, you will be involved in designing, developing, prototyping, modifying, and integrating solutions to deliver mission-focused outcomes. You will collaborate closely with analysts, operators, data scientists, and fellow software engineers to offer mission tactical support.

Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI clearance with full polygraph
  • Six years of development experience with a BS in a technical field or four years of experience with an M.S. Additional SWE experience can substitute a bachelor's degree.

Skills Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Unix-based systems
  • Proficiency in C/C++/Python for software systems
  • Ability to support fielded software systems
  • Knowledge of Git, Subversion, and Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence)

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in reverse engineering Linux and embedded platforms
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, C#, Rust, Assembly
  • Development of CNO specific software in Linux/Windows/Embedded applications
  • Expertise in Vulnerability Research and Exploit development
  • Understanding of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
  • Experience in production CNO capabilities and operations
