To ensure our clients keep moving forward, we need a Marketing & Advertising Coordinator. This role involves assisting in supervising the consulting and sales services provided by our team members. Starting with hands-on learning, the Marketing & Advertising Coordinator will discover effective tactics and strategies to boost revenue and enhance brand recognition.

We are seeking a real powerhouse for the Marketing & Advertising Coordinator position - someone who can juggle multiple projects and team members to boost sales and surpass expectations for our office in Worcester, MA, and beyond. Central to fostering the growth and success we've experienced with our clients is the focus on continual training and leadership development within the team.

A positive attitude and inner drive are crucial for grasping the systems we operate and the associated responsibilities. The Marketing & Advertising Coordinator must lead by example and utilize various sales methodologies to train and develop the sales team representatives, alongside upper management.


Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales success by demonstrating internal systems and practices, and training entry-level representatives on sales and marketing strategies
  • Develop multiple representatives in sales and consulting departments to enhance consumer engagement through active listening, negotiation tactics, and relationship building
  • Participate in meetings with other Marketing & Advertising Coordinators to discuss sales objectives, team performance, and growth prospects
  • Maintain individual sales and communication tasks, including weekly performance metrics
  • Engage directly with consumers to educate them on our products and services, driving sales for our Fortune 500 clients

Required experience and qualities for a

Marketing & Advertising Coordinator include:

  • 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or Business Administration preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a management or leadership role
  • A growth mindset to enhance skills and accept feedback
  • Ability to lead a diverse team and foster improved performance
  • Self-starting attitude and a strong drive to lead by example
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for consumer interactions
