Swedish Medical Group is seeking a full-time social worker to join a large Primary Care Behavioral Health team serving patients throughout Seattle, Washington.

This is an in-clinic position at either the First Hill or Issaquah campuses where you will be providing care either in-person or through virtual means.

The role is focused on providing brief, targeted intervention focused behavioral health care services, this typically means providing episodic care to a single patient no more than 1 to 2 times per month.

This is an opportunity to join a highly compassionate and dedicated team working to improve the health and wellbeing of patients from across the Pacific Northwest.

Full-time social worker position Large Primary Care Behavioral Health team Compensation is between $35.11 and $46.43 per hour The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.

In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them Where You'll Work Swedish Medical Group is an integrated team of more than 1,300 physicians and advanced practice clinicians serving the greater Seattle area.
