HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO:

-
Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, hygiene, transfers, mobility
-
Companionship: Activities, socialization, emotional support, outings
-
Household Support: Meal prep, errands, light housekeeping
-
Monitor Health: Keep clients safe/healthy by reporting observed condition changes to our nursing director

CARE GIVER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Compassionate and caring personality with a servant's heart
  • 1+ years of professional caregiving experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • CPR, negative TB skin test or chest xray
  • Registration on California's Home Care Aide Registry (we can show you how)
  • Ability to perform physical tasks: Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull and can lift up to 50 pounds
