SalaryThe typical annual salary range for this position is $100,000.00 USD to $120,000.00 USD.

Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.

ResponsibilitiesCreate, modify, and test the code, forms, and script that allow computer applications to runWork from specifications drawn up by software developers or other individualsMay assist software developers by analyzing user needs and designing software solutionsMay develop and write computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data, and informationQualifications3-10 years of experience performing the duties described in the Job Description and Responsibilities 3 years' experience with Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery (CICD) pipelines - an agile DevOps workflow focused on a frequent and reliable software delivery process that is iterative, and allows DevOps teams to write code, integrate it, run tests, deliver releases, and deploy changes to the software collaboratively and in real-time3 years' experience with Java, JavaScript, Containers, and Micro-services architecture3 years' experience with SQL2 years' experience with Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery (CICD) pipelines2 years' experience with HTML and CSS2 years' experience with GitExperience with Docker, and KubernetesExperience with JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket or equivalentExperience working with the Agile software development methodologies and collaborating between self-organizing cross-functional teams to deliver value faster, and with greater quality and predictabilityExperience working as a Scrum team memberExcellent communication and interpersonal skills-verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening-for staff, customer, and organizational level communications, both formal and informalAbility to work independently, self-starterWorking knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePointDesired experience: Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferredAMQP (RabbitMQ)

Java ORM such as HibernateJava with Spring or Java EERestful web servicesSPA, ReactJS/ReduxWebSocketsEducation:
BS or BA degree in a Computer or Information Science field or a relevant technical discipline

ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION:
An additional 6 years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree, or 4 additional years of work experience with a relevant Associate's Degree

Clearance:
Condition of employment - must have a Secret Security Clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Citizenship:
