Job Description

As a Bourbon Steak Bartender with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, you'll represent the exceptional service and cuisine that define our dining experience. Your attentive service creates a lasting first impression for our restaurant and lounge guests, ensuring they feel valued and welcomed.

• Consistently deliver professional and amiable service
• Assist guests in a knowledgeable and helpful manner regarding beverage menu items
• Prepare drinks and manage beverage inventory according to guidelines
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of beverage offerings and promotions
• Be well-informed about all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation techniques
• Follow outlet procedures, standards, and service protocols
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene practices when handling food and beverages
• Complete any other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' bartending experience in an upscale dining setting
• Thorough understanding of all beverage products
• Prior experience with point of sale systems is a bonus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Effective interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities
• Highly reliable and accountable
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of collaborating with team members harmoniously
• Attentive to guest needs, maintaining composure and courtesy at all times
• Compliance with Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines
