Job Summary:


In this role, the individual operates autonomously as the expert in the field, ensuring full compliance with all governmental facility security standards.

They oversee the company's security program, encompassing aspects of physical, facility, and information security. The position plays a key role in supporting various classified programs and government clientele.

Functions:


The essential functions include managing employee security clearances, preparing and implementing security plans, overseeing alarm systems, conducting security training, serving as the primary point of contact for security issues, managing security documentation, overseeing Insider Threat Program, managing personnel rosters and security phone, interfacing with Program Managers for access needs, managing Intrusion Detection and Access Control Systems, ensuring compliance with DoD and ICD, providing security education and guidance, facilitating new employee onboarding, directing personnel clearances and investigations, processing visitor access requests, applying physical security concepts, managing document inventory and control, investigating security incidents, assisting with access needs, reviewing proposals for security compliance, coordinating security team activities, managing COMSEC Custodian role, overseeing TEMPEST Accreditation, ensuring consistent security practices, and developing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity programs.

Additional functions include maintaining accurate records and reports for customer property, conducting audits following DCMA-approved procedures, performing additional tasks necessary to meet business requirements, and assist Directors and CEO as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience with government security standards
  • U.S. Government TS/SCI security clearance with FS Poly preferred. Top Secret Clearance Required
  • Strong understanding of various DoD Manuals including Vol. 13, Vol. 14, Vol. 13, and ICD 705
  • Proficiency in National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG), Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 703, the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process, and associated National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) publications
  • Effective written and verbal communications abilities
  • Prior experience engaging with DCSA and other government representatives

Preferred Skills:

  • DoD 8750 IAT or IAM Level 1
  • Familiarity with Xacta or similar systems
  • Experience with the risk management framework steps
  • Experience with ATO processes
  • Experience with POA&M Management
  • Experience with DISS, NISS, SWFT, ACCS, or similar government applications
  • Understanding of NIST SP and DFARS and
