Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Experimentation Developer to join our dynamic Experimentation team.

As a Digital Experimentation Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing digital experiments aimed at optimizing user experience, conversion rates, and overall performance metrics across our digital platforms.

As we broaden our tooling capabilities, and focus on decentralizing experimentation across the business, you will be a critical member of accomplishing this vision, by supporting current work across our subdomains and Client testing program.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and data analysts to define experiment goals, hypotheses, and success metrics.
2. Develop and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experimentation methodologies to improve user engagement, retention, and conversion rates across and our subdomains (Tableau, Blog, Salesforce+, and Mulesoft)
3. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code to deploy experiments using industry-standard experimentation platforms or in-house experimentation frameworks.
4. Monitor experiment results in real-time, analyze data to draw actionable insights, and provide recommendations for iterative improvements.
5. Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and advancements in digital experimentation methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
2. Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and .JS.
3.

Experience with server-side and client-side digital experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target, Google Optimize, VWO, LaunchDarkly, ABTasty, Intellimize) and familiarity with statistical analysis techniques.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
5. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, impactful digital experiences.
