IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Associate Executive Director of Clinical Services


POSITION SUMMARY:
Works closely with Behavior Intervention Specialist to support behavior program requirements. Conducts assessments, suggests behavior strategies, and ensures appropriate placement. Utilizes functional behavior analysis and evaluations for service delivery. Provides feedback to staff, coordinates training sessions, and ensures adherence to service plans.


QUALIFICATIONS:


Minimum Education, Training & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent with two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.


Preferred Education, Training & Experience:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in human services, psychology, behavioral science, or a related field. Alternatively, a combination of education and experience relevant to the role.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Basic understanding of behavioral theories, practices, and programs. Effective communication skills with peers, staff, and families. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment for achieving positive outcomes.


SALARY:
$18 per hour starting rate
