Our client is seeking a skilled Snowflake Data Management Specialist with over 8 years of expertise in Analytical data warehousing. The perfect candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of practical experience working with Snowflake cloud warehouse and its functionalities, in addition to a solid comprehension of cloud AWS architecture and its range of services. This role offers the opportunity for a permanent position following a contract period.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and analyze SQL and PL/SQL procedures for seamless data integration.
  • Construct ETL pipelines within the data warehouse using Python and Snowflake SQL; create scripts with Unix shell for efficient data extraction and loading.
  • Comprehend logical and physical data models crucial for supporting analytics and business intelligence.
  • Establish SQL-based processes for the construction of slowly changing dimensions and various facts.
  • Execute tasks such as Data Lineage Analysis, Data Profiling Mapping Integration, ETL Validation, and more.
  • Engage in SQL performance tuning, root cause analysis, and technical issue resolution.

  • Must-Have Skills:
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience in Data Management focused on Analytical data warehousing.
  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience with Snowflake cloud warehouse and its functionalities.
  • Familiarity with cloud AWS architecture and its services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL procedures for effective data integration.
  • Experience in ETL development utilizing Python and Snowflake SQL, as well as Unix shell scripting.
  • Strong grasp of logical and physical data models is essential.
  • Proven experience in Data Lineage Analysis, Data Profiling, and SQL performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and expertise in documentation using Jira.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
